Footvolley Germany the Sport Agency Sevotion and the family of Sascha Kühne is proud and honoured to invite all players of your country to register for one of the most traditional footvolley events,
Playa de Gamundia in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany. We're looking forward to welcoming the best teams of Europe. Please forward this invitation to the players. All teams ´who are interested to play can register themselves to show their interest in using the form linked below.
After the registration date, we will contact the national associations to nominate their teams out of the registrations according your national regulations.
The players will be informed about their seeding on May 15th.
If there is no feedback of the national association until May 14th, the organizer will decide about the nominated team.

Price Money (Women) € 2.000:

# QUALIFICATION EVENT
FRIDAY JUNE 26th, 9:00 - 22:00
16 Teams according to the EFVL seeding regulations*
Please note that the qualification tournament starts on Friday morning at 9 am.
16 Teams in 4 Groups – Losers Round (3rd vs 4th) - Elimination Round (2nd vs winner Looser Round) - Qualification Final (1st vs winner Elimination Round) → Winners of Qualification final are qualified for the main Event = 4 Qualification Teams

SATURDAY, JUNE 27th & SUNDAY, JUNE 28th
Modified Pool Play 16 Team in 4 Groups.
2 German Teams
10 international Teams per Group (Seeding according to the EFVL seeding regulations)
4 Teams out of the Qualification Event per Group
# MAINTOURNAMENT WOMEN

Modified Pool Play 8 Teams in 2 Groups. Seeding according to the EFVL seeding regulations.
# CATERING
Asian Lunch, water and some fruit on Saturday and Sunday
# TRAVELLING TO SCHWÄBISCH GMÜND, GERMANY
The teams have to pay for their own flights. A free shuttle service is included from/to ✈️Stuttgart Airport (STR).
If you fly to Frankfurt Airport or Munich Airport, please use the train to Stuttgart Hbf and go ahead to Schwäbisch Gmünd Hbf.
# COMPETITION CLOTHING
Official team uniforms (shirts only) are provided by the organisation at the tournament.
The teams have to bring their own matching shorts (same colour, same print). Private sponsors on the shorts are allowed. This might be useful to cover some travel costs.
# REGISTRATION
All teams need to register until May 13th.
Travel information for Shuttle-Service need to be sent until May 31st. Teams who didn’t send their information before the deadline can’t get a Shuttle Service.
After the deadline, the national associations will nominate their representing teams out of all registrations according to their national regulations.
Teams will be informed about their seeding at the May 15th.
If there is no feedback of the national association until then. The organizer will decide about the nominated team.

Arrival day for teams of the main tournament with shuttle service from Stuttgart Airport. Training sessions on the couts at the train station possible
18:00 Technical Meeting

Matches from 09:00 – 22:30
Sunday, June 28th :
Matches (Finals) from 09:00 – 17:30
Departure with shuttle service to Stuttgart Airport
Monday, June 29th :
