Rules and regulations

These rules are valid for the European Footvolley Championship 2017. You can also read the Official Footvolley Rules that apply to all European tournaments. 

European Footvolley Championship Rules

These are the rules that apply for the EFC and every player must be familiar with these rules prior to participating in a EFC tournament. 

Number of teams

Two teams from the same nation can not be part of the same group. 

Tournament stages

Group Stage: 1 set 18 points - max 21.
Final Stage: 3 set (18-18-15) - unlimited.

Group tie breaks

If a group end up with ties after the group stage, the following rules apply - and in this order: 

1. Match wins
2. Head to head
3. Point difference
4. Points scored

The last team in a group is not included in calculations.
